• Promotion Period

  • This promotion is valid on all qualifying Niagara Equissage pad purchases made between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated by Niagara Equissage.

• Eligibility
  o    The promotion is open to customers who purchase a qualifying Niagara Equissage pad directly from Niagara Equissage or an authorised distributor during the promotion period.
  o    Only fully completed and delivered orders are eligible for entry. 
  o    Customers must be aged 18 or over at the time of purchase.

• Entry Requirements
  o    All required paperwork must be fully completed.
  o    The original product must have been delivered with no outstanding satisfaction notes, queries, or unresolved issues.
  o    A customer testimonial relating to the purchased product must be submitted and approved to qualify for entry.

• Prize Details
  o    One prize only per winning entry: either one Niagara Equissage pad or a refund of the pad value.
  o    Only one pad or one refund may be won per customer. Not both. Winner decides which option they would prefer.

• Refund Value & Set Purchases
  o    If the winning product was purchased as part of a set or bundle, the refunded amount will reflect the pad value within that set, not the full set price.
  o    Breakdown details of pad values within sets are available upon request.

• Pad Size Conditions
  o    If a Pony Pad is purchased, a Pony Pad refund or Pony Pad equivalent prize will be awarded. A Standard Size Pad will not be substituted.
  o    If a Standard Size Pad is purchased and the customer wins, a Pony Pad may be supplied on request in place of a Standard Size Pad.

• Prize Draw
  o    Winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries after the close of the promotion period.
  o    The draw date and winner notification process will be confirmed by Niagara Equissage and will be no later than 31st January 2027.

• Refund Method
  o    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where possible.
  o    Refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the qualifying pad only and exclude delivery charges or additional accessories.

• Non-Transferable
  o    Prizes and refunds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for alternative products, services, or cash equivalents beyond what is stated.

• Exclusions
  o    Returned, cancelled, refunded, or incomplete orders are not eligible.
  o    Trade purchases, demonstration units, or heavily discounted clearance items may be excluded at Niagara Equissage’s discretion.

• Right to Amend or Withdraw

  • Niagara Equissage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary, including in cases of suspected misuse or circumstances beyond its control.

• Final Decision
  All decisions made by Niagara Equissage regarding eligibility, prize allocation, and refunds are final.

• This Offer is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

• Niagara Healthcare Limited t/a Niagara Equissage retain the right to change, refuse, or withdraw this promotion at any time with no prior notice.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Online Orders

 

1) Information about Us:

We are Niagara Healthcare Limited (EQUISSAGE), a registered Company in England and Wales under Company Number 1563257. These terms and conditions of sale apply when you place an order with us through our website. 2) Placing an Order:

Before you place an order, you will be provided with product information including order details, prices, and delivery information on our website. https://www.niagaraequissage.com/

 

3) Order Acceptance:

By electronically placing an order and processing payment via the Pay Now button, you accept our terms and conditions. This, along with your payment, constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Niagara Healthcare Limited. We are committed to providing you with high-quality goods that meet our contractual obligations.

 

4) Product Details:

Product images, descriptions, and illustrations on our website are provided as approximate representations of the actual goods.

 

5) Payment and Delivery:

All orders must be fully paid before delivery. Goods remain the property of Niagara Healthcare Limited until full payment is received. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. Online delivery charges are set at £10 per order to cover our standard courier service details of which will be forwarded to you once your order has been successfully processed.

 

6) Customer Service:

Our experienced customer service team is available to assist you with any questions. We may record calls for training and monitoring purposes. 7) Your Guarantee:

The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and provides cover against manufacturing defects for two years, with exception of batteries where a 6 month warranty applies. Knee, fetlock and tendon boots are not covered by a warranty unless they are faulty. Our representative will be happy to help if you need any assistance with these items.

 

8) Order Cancellation and Returns:

You can return products within 14 days from delivery. Contact us by email at AftersalesDept@niagarahealthcare.co.uk for returns and exchanges. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, and unused, with all tags and labels attached. Cancelled orders are subject to a collection and restocking fee, where applicable, of £72 (inc. VAT), unless faulty.

 

10) Refunds:

We will refund the price you paid for the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods, minus applicable collection/restocking fees.

 

11) Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by English Law, applicable to England and Wales.
