Terms and Conditions of Sale for Online Orders

 

1) Information about Us:

We are Niagara Healthcare Limited (EQUISSAGE), a registered Company in England and Wales under Company Number 1563257. These terms and conditions of sale apply when you place an order with us through our website. 2) Placing an Order:

Before you place an order, you will be provided with product information including order details, prices, and delivery information on our website. https://www.niagaraequissage.com/

 

3) Order Acceptance:

By electronically placing an order and processing payment via the Pay Now button, you accept our terms and conditions. This, along with your payment, constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Niagara Healthcare Limited. We are committed to providing you with high-quality goods that meet our contractual obligations.

 

4) Product Details:

Product images, descriptions, and illustrations on our website are provided as approximate representations of the actual goods.

 

5) Payment and Delivery:

All orders must be fully paid before delivery. Goods remain the property of Niagara Healthcare Limited until full payment is received. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control. Online delivery charges are set at £10 per order to cover our standard courier service details of which will be forwarded to you once your order has been successfully processed.

Our experienced customer service team is available to assist you with any questions. We may record calls for training and monitoring purposes. 7) Warranty:

The warranty starts from the delivery date and covers manufacturing defects for two years, except for batteries, which have a 6-month warranty. Some items like knee, fetlock, and tendon boots are not covered by warranty unless they are faulty.

 

8) Order Cancellation and Returns:

You can return products within 14 days from delivery. Contact us by email at customercare@niagarahealthcare.co.uk for returns and exchanges. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, and unused, with all tags and labels attached. Cancelled orders are subject to a collection and restocking fee, where applicable, of £72 (inc. VAT), unless faulty.

 

10) Refunds:

We will refund the price you paid for the goods. Refunds are usually processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods, minus applicable collection/restocking fees.

 

11) Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by English Law, applicable to England and Wales.
