“FREE STAY OFFER” Terms & Conditions

  •  ‘Free 7 Night Stay’ Offer is available on all Pro and Traditional Equissage full price sets purchased only.
  • This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Niagara Healthcare Limited, its subsidiary brands within the NHC Holdings Group, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this offer.
  • The Offer stated has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated within these terms and conditions.
  • Only one Free Stay Voucher is available per transaction.
  • This offer can be used in conjunction with the Equissage Rewards Card Membership on qualifying orders and subject to Equissage Rewards Card terms and conditions.
  • To redeem this offer, customers must obtain a Promotional Voucher or Code from one of our Marketing mediums and state this code on day of purchase or be provided one from a Sales Representative on the day of the order.
  • By completing an online form to obtain a Code, you are agreeing to be contacted by us for future promotions and offers via telephone, e-mail, SMS or post. You can opt out at any time.
  • We will not sell your data to third parties.
  • Once you fill in your details online, the code will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided. We hold no liability if this e-mail does not reach you for any reason.
  • If you are having trouble obtaining your Code, call us on 0800 6899844 and we will provide one – providing it’s within the promotional dates.
  • Offer commences and Codes are available from 00:01 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) Monday 1st June 2019 until 23:59 GMT Tuesday 31st December 2019.
  • All Promotional Codes expire 23:59 GMT Tuesday 31st December 2019. All orders must be made by then for the offer to apply.
  • Your FREE STAY Accommodation voucher will be sent to you within 28 days of product delivery.
  • This Offer is governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

FREE STAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Accommodation is in a studio with pull out sofa bed and partial kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and patio for seven consecutive nights for 2 people sharing. The promotional offer is for Guests that have not stayed at Fairways or Pueblo Evita previously.
  • The available dates for this promotion are:-
    • for Pueblo Evita Club, Costa del Sol.
      • 9th November to 8th December 2019 (last check-out date)
      • OR 4th January 2020 to 8th March 2020 (last check-out date)
    • Availability at Fairways Club, Tenerife
      • 3rd April to 20th June 2020 (last check-out date).
    • Check-in days for Costa del Sol are Saturday or Sunday.
    • Check-in days for Tenerife are Tuesday or Friday.
    • This excludes school holidays which may be available upon request for an upgrade fee.
      Additional upgrade options for larger/Superior apartments; dates outside of the promotion or change of check-in day may be available upon request and start from £50 for change of check-in day. Upgrade prices have been attractively discounted for voucher holders. All accommodation is subject to availability.
  • Your accommodation is provided by Ventasencasa Ltd, 1 Worsley Court, High Street, Worsley, M28 3JH who reserve the right to change resort destinations available or to provide an alternative offer of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  • Please note that our resorts are best suited to couples over the age of 30 and families.
  • This offer is subject to promotional availability. In the event that your preferred travel dates are not available alternatives will be offered. It is advisable to book early. There is no booking fee.
  • This is an accommodation only offer you will need to arrange your flights, car hire and other travel services. When a reservation has been confirmed the voucher holder must provide reservations with confirmation that Travel Arrangements have been booked.
  • Only one voucher /code may be used per booking and household. This offer is valid for new bookings made through/direct with Ventasencasa Ltd.
  • Only original vouchers / codes will be accepted. Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Passengers who have a voucher (not a code) must present it upon arrival in resort.
  • Once your registration/booking form has been submitted it will be subject to the resorts standard terms and conditions.
  • All passengers must have adequate travel insurance before travelling and lead traveller must be 21 or over for resort insurance purposes. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included. There is no obligation to purchase meals, drinks, etc., during your stay at the resort.
  • You must redeem your voucher within 90 days of being issued.
  • This voucher / code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, it is not transferable and cannot be resold. Cash value 0.001 pence.
  • No cancellations, refunds, amendments can be made once your booking has been confirmed. TRAVEL/FLIGHT itinerary must be received by holidays@leisuretimesolutions.co.uk a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival to avoid your accommodation at the resort being cancelled.
  • If your booking is for a studio apartment, flight/travel details need to be received holidays@leisuretimesolutions.co.uk WITHIN 12 weeks from receipt of your Temporary Confirmation (or 6 weeks prior to travel whichever date falls first).  Once these flight itinerary details have been received, the resort will be informed that your reservation has been confirmed. If flight/travel itinerary details are not received within this time period, your Temporary Reservation will automatically be cancelled, and your unique promotional code will no longer be valid as only one voucher/code can be used per booking/per household.
  • Studio bookings cannot be booked more than 12 months in advance of travel and will be released at the end of each relevant month
  • You will be responsible for any damage to the apartment/resort during your stay. A €100 damage deposit will be requested which will be returned in full should no damage occur
  • We reserve the right to amend the terms of this offer without notice in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or event of a similar nature.
  • The booking instructions, how to book and all other information contained on the website yourfreestay.com also form part of the terms and conditions.
  • LTS is the trading style of Ventasencasa Ltd., who are contracted to promote both resorts from the UK.
  • Once you have registered your code / confirmed your booking your contract will be with the resort and other relevant service providers, any disputes must therefore be settled with them directly. The promoter cannot be held liable.
  • Ventasencasa, Richvale Resorts, LTS nor the promoter can be held responsible for any alterations to flight schedules, routes or destinations.
  • Bookings must be made a minimum of 90 days in advance of your holiday accommodation date of travel.
  • TRAVEL/FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS MUST NOT BE MADE PRIOR TO THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM THE RESORT ALONG WITH YOUR UNIQUE RESERVATION ID NUMBER
  • Bookings must be made within 90 days of your registration. After this time your voucher code will no longer be valid.
  • Independent facilities, services and restaurants are offered at the discretion of the management
